Brimstone Horse

I need an image of a skeleton horse that has lava/brimstone fire pattern across its lower front and hind legs, ribs and head. It's mane/hair and tail are wisps of flames and misty like smoke billowing off it. It's rider is a Golem with hands, legs, and head also a broken lava pattern. The horse is in a gallop/running motion heading right. Can anyone do this? This is a non-commission work. Must transparent. png clean background.
